In-house design with Auto-Cad and SolidWorks 3D modeling ensure consistency and repeatability of all parts and equipment. A modern computerized manufacturing program tracks purchase orders, sales orders, manufacturing details and inventory in a real time environment for lean manufacturing and prompt on-time shipment.

Experienced production workers and in-house use of a CNC high definition plasma table, Indent press, lathes, milling equipment, carbonitride hardening furnace and paint booth give Premier the best response time for delivery of parts and equipment. Numerous quality control checks ensure consistency and accountability.  All individual cylinders have serial numbers which provide a history which includes the date of manufacture, recorded Rockwell hardness and QC sign off. Premier Cylinders will meet and exceed any OEM standards on replacement cylinders used by Carter, Ideal, Crippen and Northland-Superior.
